We are providing an easy and convenient delivery experience. Once you place your order, you can trust that our customer service and delivery partners take care to ensure the best delivery possible. If you order online, you can expect a phone call or an email message from our customer service team to go over the order with you, answer any questions you might have and confirm shipping details. Once the product has shipped, we will email your tracking number. Once you receive your order, our technical service team is a phone call away to answer any questions you may have.

Shipping Cost

• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations are not eligible. If you any questions please  email (
• No lift-gate charges. Unlike most companies, we do not charge for the use of power lift-gates.
• Each product page has information about the package size and weight and requirements for offloading.
• Extra charges might be incurred for offloading oversized items if a forklift or equivalent is not available to help offload at the receiving location.


Due to the size of our items, we do not offer air or express shipping as standard options. All deliveries are made via ground transport.

• A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make delivery arrangements. Please provide a valid daytime phone number when placing your order. If you have questions, you may contact Customer Service Weekdays, 9am to 8pm (PST).
• Items are delivered curbside. If you require onsite delivery, please contact us before your order is shipped. Onsite delivery can incur extra charges.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible.
• Most deliveries arrive in 7-14 days from of purchase.
• The freight company will call in advance (24-48 hours) to schedule a delivery time.
• Shipping carrier delays may impact delivery time.
• Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time
• Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Things to Know

• Items can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box address.
• Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed for as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage with the freight company and contact us to report the damage.

Backordered Items

• We do our best to prevent backorders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment.
• If the backordered item is discontinued or unavailable, the item will be cancelled from your order and you will be refunded. There may be a comparable item or upgraded version available. Please search our website or contact us or email ( for assistance.
